Abstract

Предлагается новая модель стратегического управления устойчивостью предприятия туризма, которая построена средствами динамического программирования и представляет поэтапную программу действий, структурно чувствительную к трансформациям внешней среды. Реализация модели в управлении призвана обеспечить возможность эффективного освоения инноваций с целью достижений предприятием конкурентных преимуществ.
