Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена исследованию современных проблем теории и методологии отечественной криминалистики на основе подходов и принципов, выработанных в рамках теории и философии права, а именно: генезису представлений о преступной деятельности и сущности криминалистической деятельности как объекта криминалистики.
