Abstract

В данной статье приведены и проанализированы поводы и основание для возбуждения уголовных дел об экологических преступлениях. Указывается, что чаще всего поводом для возбуждения уголовного дела об экологическом преступлении выступает сообщение о совершенном или готовящемся преступлении.
