Совершенствование Нормативно - Правового Регулирования Образовательных Услуг По Повышению Квалификации Государственных И Муниципальных Служащих

Abstract

Рассмотрены основания для направления гражданского служащего на профессиональную переподготовку, повышение квалификации или стажировку. Выделены недостатки в области подготовки кадров для государственной службы РФ. Предлагается усиление связи обучения и практики, обеспечение единства фундаментальной и прикладной подготовки, разработка практико ориентированной модели учебного процесса.
