Abstract

Представлен концептуальный подход к управлению государственно частными партнерствами (ГЧП) через призму партнерских взаимоотношений. На основе выявления ключевых характеристик ГЧП показаны причины возможного возникновения противоречий между партнерами, формы проявления этих противоречий и их последствия. Обсуждена концепция управления партнерскими отношениями посредством минимизации рисков ГЧП.
