Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию основания уголовной ответственности в соотнесении с проявлениями таких продуктов сознания личности как мысли, убеждения, воззрения и намерения. Приводятся исторические примеры преследования лиц, поведение которых не являлось опасным или вредным. Предлагается критический анализ некоторых норм действующего законодательства.
