Abstract

Рассмотрена категория «качество жизни» и «качество услуги». Разграничиваются понятия «муниципальная функция» и «муниципальная услуга». Предлагается комплексная методика оценки качества предоставления государственных (муниципальных) услуг, основанная на совместном учете объективных и субъективных характеристик.
