Abstract

Представлен подход к выбору вида обучения в системе повышения квалификации и переподготовки кадров с учетом специфики потребности в обучении и уровня востребованности профессии на рынке труда. Ее использование позволяет формализовать процедуру выбора вида обучения и на этой основе разрабатывать и обосновывать эффективные управленческие решения в сфере труда и занятости в регионе
