Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы правомерности и допустимости применения технико-криминалистических средств в практической деятельности по раскрытию и расследованию преступлений, особенности использования цифровых фотокамер при проведении следственных действий, оперативно-розыскных мероприятий и экспертных исследований.
