Abstract

Рассматривается проблема функций следователя, участвующего в судебном заседании в ходе досудебного производства. Автором проанализированы точки зрения разных ученых, касающиеся понятия и системы уголовно-процессуальных функций, представлены различные подходы. Внимание уделено вопросу об основной функции следователя в досудебном производстве. Выявлены случаи участия следователя в судебном заседании. Рассмотрены и выделены функции (подфункции), реализуемые следователем в каждом виде судебного заседания в досудебном производстве.
