Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена исследованию внедрения инноваций в процесс развития социально-экономических систем, предполагающему обоснование создания комплекса механизмов, позволяющих, с одной стороны, реализовать имеющиеся научно-технические достижения в конкретном пространственно-временном континууме, а с другой создавать среду для генерации инновационных идей и активной инвестиционной деятельности. При этом, опираясь на общие принципы и подходы в единой системе национальной экономики, они должны учитывать как региональную специфику внутри нее, так и общемировые тенденции в инновационно-инвестиционном развитии.
