Abstract

В статье рассматривается современное состояние рынка труда и сферы высшего образования в Кыргызской Республике, а именно их взаимодействие при подготовке специалистов в соответствии с потребностями рынка труда. Авторами приведены параметры оценки рынка труда, анализ фактических данных по занятости населения, по высшим учебным заведениям в целом по республике и в особенности Ошского региона. Трудоустройство выпускников вузов и сокращение уровня безработицы дипломированных специалистов является важнейшим вопросом в Кыргызской Республике, и для его решения предложено вузам проводить опрос всех заинтересованных лиц: работодателей, специалистов системы профессионального образования и студентов в качестве потенциальных будущих работников.
