Abstract

Деловая репутация рассматривается как экономическая и правовая категория. Дано определение деловой репутации, методика и особенности ее расчета. Обоснованы различия между приобретенной и внутренне созданной деловой репутацией. Раскрыта методика бухгалтерского учета положительной и отрицательной деловой репутации при приобретении предприятия (имущественного комплекса).
