Abstract

В статье рассматриваются действующие системы найма в образовательных организациях зарубежных стран: США, Индии, Германии, Великобритании и Франции. Выявлено, что образовательная сфера в каждой стране имеет свои традиции, специфику и возможности. Анализируются их положительные и отрицательные стороны, возможность применения и адаптации отдельных положений для внедрения в российскую практику стимулирования сотрудников образовательных организаций.
