Abstract

В статье рассматриваются финансово-экономические, институциональные, нормативно-правовые и иные факторы, способствующие более эффективному и быстрому развитию инновационного сектора экономики. В частности, в целях обеспечения прогрессивных изменений в реальном секторе экономики предложена дифференцированная система стимулирования научно-технической деятельности, ориентированная на использование внутренних способностей организаций к саморазвитию и диверсификации высокотехнологичных производств. Представленная в статье система стимулирования научно-технической деятельности организаций ориентирована на мобилизацию всех интеллектуальных ресурсов, а также материальных и финансовых источников, на формирование нового технологического уклада и повышение конкурентоспособности предприятий производственной сферы.
