Abstract

Работа посвящена исследованиям, направленным на изучение природы счета собственного капитала в ранних индивидуальных предприятиях и компаниях Франческо Датини в Пизе. Отмечено, что счет капитала, в привычном для наших дней понятии, отсутствовал. Счет капитала одновременно учитывал текущие вложения капитала в виде денежных средств и товарных запасов, изъятия имущества по усмотрению собственников, присоединение к капиталу распределенной прибыли до закрытия учетных книг.
