Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу ключевой роли информационных технологий в трансформации модели организации рынка образовательных услуг. Показаны процессы формирования информационно-образовательной среды как базы для развития сетевой модели рынка услуг высшего образования. Обосновывается концепция формирования «распределенного университета» на базе постепенной трансформации ВУЗа, имеющего разветвленную филиальную сеть, в сетевое высшее учебное заведение.
