Abstract

Эффективное функционирование регионального продовольственного рынка является важнейшим условием обеспечения населения региона полным ассортиментом пищевой продукции и поддержания необходимого уровня продовольственной безопасности. Вступление Российской Федерации в ВТО и произошедшее за последние годы замедление развития отечественной экономики значительно осложнили задачу обеспечения региональной продовольственной безопасности, что негативно влияет и на продовольственную безопасность страны в целом. В этих условиях власти субъектов федерации должны разработать и принять адекватные меры по эффективному управлению развитием регионального продовольственного рынка.
