Abstract

В статье исследованы функции воспроизводства в региональных экономических системах депрессивного типа, преобладающих на Юге России и несущих в себе повышенные риски. Указанные системы наиболее нуждаются в глубоком и многоэтапном преобразовании технологий, организационных механизмов, институтов, человеческого фактора. В центре исследования дисфункции региональных экономических систем депрессивного типа, обусловленные их природой и слабо разработанные в современной научной литературе (дисфункция системной и последовательной дезинтеграции, которая выражается в линии на хозяйственное обособление, дисфункция хозяйственного запустения). Раскрыты особенности проявления указанных дисфункций, определены основные направления их коррекции при осуществлении модернизации на мезо-уровне.
