Abstract

Одной из основных проблем экономического развития России является обеспечение устойчивого развития промышленности, позволяющего наиболее полно удовлетворять потребности населения, обеспечить конкурентное позиционирование страны в мире, сохранять окружающую среду. В результате, когда в условиях мирового финансового и экономического кризиса значительно сократилось потребление энергоресурсов и снизились цены на них на внешних рынках, резко сократилось и промышленное производство в России, снизилась инвестиционная активность. Это явилось наглядной демонстрацией неустойчивости, неспособности экспортно-сырьевой модели, сложившейся в промышленности России в переходный период, противостоять дестабилизирующим факторам. В этой связи возникает объективная потребность в углубленном теоретическом осмыслении, методологическом обосновании и практическом обеспечении перехода к устойчивому развитию как новому типу экономического роста, основанного на качественных изменениях и инновациях.
