Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены общесистемные и частные принципы формирования и развития региональной энергетической инфраструктуры; определены сущность и содержание каждого принципа, а также возможности их применения в современных социально-экономических условиях Республики Таджикистан; выявлена взаимосвязь предложенных принципов с международными и национальными программами, договорами и соглашениями в сфере энергетике; рассмотрены предпосылки развития энергетической инфраструктуры региона на основе применения разработанных принципов.
