Отражение Счета «Капитал» В Бухгалтерии Ранних Компаний Ф. Датини В Барселоне

Abstract

Работа посвящена исследованиям, направленным на изучение природы счета собственного капитала в компаниях Франческо Датини в Барселоне. Отмечено, что счет капитала в привычном для наших дней понятии отсутствовал. Счет капитала одновременно учитывал текущие вложения капитала в виде денежных средств и товарных запасов, изъятия имущества по усмотрению собственников. Прибыль не распределялась до закрытия компания, помещалась в баланс и присоединялась к счету капитала в новом учетном цикле.
