Abstract

В условиях повышенной изменчивости экономической среды и сильных колебаний конъюнктуры на рынке недвижимости функционирование строительных организаций находится в сложной ситуации, которая обусловлена, с одной стороны, необходимостью экономического балансирования, с другой инновационного развития производственного потенциала как основы их конкурентоспособности. Это обостряет необходимость активизации стратегических начал в строительном менеджменте, усиления внимания к подготовке квалифицированных кадров рабочих-строителей и качественному совершенствованию технологии строительства. В Краснодарском крае сформировался достаточно мощный строительный комплекс, способный решать стоящие передним задачи, тем не менее возникшие в последнее время депрессивные элементы в экономике на макрои мезоуровне обусловливают необходимость внесения некоторых корректив в его стратегию.
