Совершенствование Региональной Институциональной Среды В Системе Повышения Инвестиционной Активности Предпринимательских Структур

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены современные проблемы взаимодействия органов государственной власти и бизнеса как совокупности способов построения отношений публичной и частной сторон. Предложена модель, обеспечивающая при относительном равенстве полезностей синхронное повышение результативности процессов взаимоотношений экономических агентов с точки зрения роста предпринимательского дохода и улучшения параметров социально-экономического развития территории. Рассмотрены возможности проектирования эффективной деловой среды с учетом ограничений, накладываемых институциональной конфигурацией.
