Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы внедрения и совершенствования финансовых механизмов, направленных на стимулирование экономической активности субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса, основанные на разделении полномочий и реализации выбора региональных приоритетов развития инвестиционных процессов, предложена модель организационной инфраструктуры внебюджетного финансирования социально значимых инвестиционных проектов в рамках государственно-частного партнерства, позволяющая оптимизировать перераспределение денежных потоков в условиях жестких бюджетных ограничений и минимизировать кредитные риски.
