Abstract

В работе рассматривается роль сектора муниципальных услуг как фактора обеспечения устойчивого развития территории. Предлагается дуалистический подход к трактовке сущности понятия «муниципальные услуги», в рамках которого они представлены как симбиоз процесса и результата деятельности органов муниципального управления и хозяйствующих субъектов. При этом экономическая природа муниципального образования представлена в форме квазикорпорации, основным продуктом деятельности которой являются муниципальные услуги.
