Abstract

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению механизма государственного регулирования социально-экономического развития в регионе. Автор выявляет инструменты механизма социально-экономического развития. Значительное внимание уделяется одному из новых инструментов совершенствования механизма управления социально-экономическими процессами государственному маркетингу. Под государственным маркетингом понимается комплекс мероприятий в системе государственного управления, который реализовывается на уровне, как государства, так и отдельных регионов, направленных на выявление и формирование потребностей членов общества, создание соответствующих условий и осуществление конкретных действий и мероприятий по их комплексному удовлетворению. В заключении содержатся выводы о том, что государственный маркетинг является наиболее эффективным механизмом разработки и реализации региональных социально-экономических программ.
