Abstract

В статье рассмотрены концептуальные подходы к экономической категории «государственный аудит эффективности», целевые установки и механизмы реализации; рассмотрен процесс осуществления оценки эффективности расходования финансовых ресурсов государства, основанный на параметрах экономичности, продуктивности и результативности освоения государственных финансовых средств; даются рекомендации по совершенствованию бюджетного процесса и бюджетной политики государства, направленные на изменение структуры общественного воспроизводства и перспективное развитие экономики, нацеленные на эффективное использование бюджетных средств.
