Системный Подход К Анализу Инвестиционного Потенциала Рекреационных Зон Краснодарского Края

Abstract

В статье дается обобщающее понятие рекреационного потенциала территории, проводится анализ основных его составляющих. Одним из решающих факторов развития рекреационного комплекса и привлечения инвестиций в регион автором статьи считается природно-географический потенциал. Определена роль инвестиционных проектов в развитии курортно-рекреационного комплекса Краснодарского края. На основании проведенного районирования дается анализ рекреационных зон Причерноморской (без Сочи), Приазовской и Горно-предгорной. В каждой из этих зон выделяются центры, привлекающие наибольшее количество рекреантов. Отмечается, что создание особых экономических зон является дополнительным стимулом для увеличения инвестиционной активности и привлечения иностранных инвестиций в экономику края.
