Abstract

В статье рассматриваются концептуальные аспекты обеспечения устойчивого и сбалансированного развития проблемных регионов с использованием потенциала малого и среднего бизнеса; выявлены и систематизированы особенности этого сектора, превращающиеся в условиях наметившегося за последние годы замедления отечественной экономики в его конкурентные преимущества; особое внимание уделено возможностям малого и среднего бизнеса по содействию устойчивому и сбалансированному развитию проблемных регионов Юга России, испытывающих наибольшую потребность в ресурсной поддержке федерального центра.
