Abstract

Актуальность темы исследования заключается в необходимости изучения новой экономической истории. Цель данного исследования состоит в том, чтобы разработать предложения и рекомендации по повышению эффективности корпоративного управления. Реализация поставленной цели обусловила необходимость решения следующих задач: уточнить природу корпоративного управления, выявить его свойства; определить ключевые термины теории корпоративного управления. Основные результаты, полученные в ходе исследования, заключаются в следующем: уточнена природа корпоративного управления, выявлены его свойства, структура и содержание; проведена структурная классификация корпоративных объединений; выявлены проблемы в управлении корпоративными структурами и систематизированы подходы к их решению.
