Abstract

В статье на основе проведенных авторских исследований раскрыты основные направления взаимодействия векторов развития организационной культуры и повышения безопасности предприятия с целью обеспечения и поддержания высокого уровня его конкурентоспособности; выделен цикл явлений характеристик деятельности предприятия: «организационная культура экономическая безопасность конкурентоспособность»; определен инструментарий обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия на основе развития его организационной культуры.
