Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы экономического развития Франции XVII в., анализируется состояние торгового права, а также факторы и личности, оказавшие существенное влияние на развитие права. Кроме того, обозначена роль Жака Савари в развитии бухгалтерского учета во Франции, его вклад при написании коммерческого кодекса Франции в 1673 г. В статье представлен анализ теории многообразия балансов, предложенный Савари в комментариях к кодексу «Совершенный купец».
