Таргетирование Инфляции В Условиях Рецессии

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость действенных мер Центрального банка России по таргетированию инфляции в условиях наступившей в 2013 году экономической рецессии. В целях повышения контроля за инфляцией и управления ею предлагается внести изменения в действующую денежно-кредитную политику, своевременно корректировать ключевые ставки Центрального банка в зависимости от темпов инфляции и экономического роста в базовых отраслях, а также создать механизм общественного контроля для оценки эффективности действий Банка России, направленных на таргетирование инфляции.
