Abstract

Строительный комплекс относится к числу ключевых отраслей экономики России и во многом определяет решение социальных, экономических и технических задач ее развития. В настоящей статье с помощью метода экспертных оценок были проанализированы факторы, влияющие на эффективность деятельности предприятий стройиндустрии. В результате проведенных расчетов каждому фактору присвоена степень влияния на эффективность предпринимательской деятельности. Так, наибольшее влияние на эффективность деятельности строительных предприятий оказывают объем реализации, ценовая политика, трудовые ресурсы, материальные ресурсы, затраты на производимые товары, работы, услуги, средства труда.
