Abstract

В статье рассматриваются адаптивные структуры управления предприятиями малого и среднего бизнеса как в наибольшей степени соответствующие существующим особенностям динамичной и непредсказуемой внешней среды. Выявляются достоинства и недостатки основных адаптивных организационных структур (кросс-функциональной, проектной и матричной) в современных условиях. В заключение статьи делается вывод о целесообразности внедрения в практику менеджмента малых и средних предприятий безъядерных структур управления.
