Развитие Суб-Региональных Пространственных Локализаций В России (На Примере Санкт-Петербурга)

Abstract

Мезо-уровень характеризуется слабой институциональной средой. Для ее развития необходимо формировать суб-региональные пространственные локализации, которыми являются кластеры, особые экономические зоны и агломерационные ядра развития региона. Наличие в Санкт-Петербурге данных локалитетов определяет инновационный путь развития региона.
