Abstract

В статье рассматривается ряд малоисследованных аспектов, связанных с совершенствованием разработки целевых среднесрочных программ развития региона в направлении их функциональной ориентации на повышение региональной конкурентоспособности; особое внимание уделено программам, реализованным в Южном макрорегионе.
