Abstract

Процесс интенсивного развития человеческого фактора на мезо-уровне предполагает формирование качественно новой инфраструктурной платформы, обеспечивающей поддержку основных потребностей данного фактора. В данном случае недостаточно использовать возможности существующей территориальной инфраструктуры современной России. В статье представлены принципы и стратегия формирования инфраструктурной платформы развития человеческого фактора региона.
