Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты исследования проблемы сглаживания межрегиональных социально-экономических различий в пространства Южного макрорегиона с точки зрения возможностей обеспечения в нем опережающего развития малых бюджетно-дефицитных регионов. Особое внимание уделено таким аспектам, как причины, критерии проявления, методы измерения, последствия межрегиональной дифференциации, а также перспективы ее сглаживания.
