Abstract

В данной статье представлено общее понимание конкурентоспособности трудовых ресурсов, а также раскрывается значимость развития профессионального образования – одного из факторов развития конкурентоспособности; кроме того, определено общее состояние образования в Российской Федерации, указаны слабые и сильные стороны; предложены перспективные направления повышения конкурентоспособности трудовых ресурсов.
