Abstract

Несовершенство законодательной базы, регулирующей деятельность некоммерческих организаций, является причиной планируемых изменений в Гражданском Кодексе. В частности, предполагаются существенные изменения в структуре некоммерческих организаций, появление деления юридических лиц с точки зрения организационной структуры на корпоративные организации (корпорации) и унитарные организации. Данная статья посвящена вопросам необходимости реформирования нормативно-правовой базы, регламентирующей деятельность некоммерческих организаций, а также отдельным недочетам в существующем законодательстве.
