Анализ Современного Состояния Развития Туризма В Российской Федерации

Abstract

Туризм является одной из наиболее динамично развивающихся и высокодоходных отраслей мировой экономики. Существование в Российской Федерации существенных диспропорций в туристской сфере выявило необходимость исследования состояния туризма на современном этапе. В статье проанализированы основные проблемы и перспективы развития въездного и выездного туризма в России; рассмотрена федеральная целевая программа "Развитие внутреннего и въездного туризма в Российской Федерации", которая является важным инструментом правовой базы государственной поддержки туризма; дана характеристика туристско-рекреационных особых экономических зон, а также рассмотрены некоторые вопросы законодательного обеспечения развития внутреннего и въездного туризма в Российской Федерации.
