Инфраструктурная Платформа Развития Человеческого Фактора Сферы Образовательных Услуг: Территориальный Аспект

Abstract

Процесс развития человеческого фактора предполагает использование новых возможностей, которые открываются в ходе обновления территориальной инфраструктуры современной России. В сфере образовательных услуг такое обновление инфраструктурной платформы пока слабо выражено, что обусловливает расширенное использование потенциала государственно-частного партнерства. В данной статье представлены основные подходы к формированию инфраструктурной платформы развития человеческого фактора сферы образовательных услуг, которые могут быть реализованы в рамках государственно-частного партнерства.
