Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема кадрового обеспечения АПК РФ; дана характеристика трудовых ресурсов АПК современной России; выделены направления улучшения кадрового обеспечения отечественного АПК при непосредственном участии Министерства сельского хозяйства РФ. Особое внимание уделено проблеме обеспечения и совершенствования качества профессионального образования, подготовки специалистов в области АПК. Представлены основные результаты научных исследований организаций, учреждений, подведомственных Минсельхозу РФ, направленные на модернизацию АПК современной России.
