Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию проблем определения функциональной роли наиболее перспективных форм социальной защиты населения в региональном развитии. Основное внимание уделено созданию необходимых предпосылок для повышения эффективности адресных и активных форм социальной защиты в контексте создания многофункциональных центров по предоставлению государственных и муниципальных услуг и внедрения универсальных электронных карт.
