Abstract

В статье рассматривается механизм построения моделей формирования интеллектуального потенциала различных уровней экономики как один из способов перехода на инновационный и социально ориентированный тип экономического развития страны. Внедрение систем управления интеллектуальным потенциалом выдвигается как основной способ его обновления и перевода на качественно новый уровень.
