Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы развития российского топливно-энергетического комплекса с учетом его роли в обеспечении экономической устойчивости страны в целом; дана оценка значимости стратегического планирования на государственном уровне в условиях макроэкономической нестабильности.
