Оценка Российского Проекта Устойчивого Развития На Основе Использования Возобновляемых Природных Ресурсов

Abstract

Рассмотрен вариант глобального «российского проекта», который позволил бы разрешить ряд острых мировых проблем, обеспечив переход к устойчивому развитию на планете при доминировании России в идейном и технологическом плане, что обеспечит и нашей стране устойчивое развитие экономики. В качестве основы такого проекта предлагается осуществить стратегию постепенного перехода к полномасштабной альтернативной энергетике, при использовании новых технологий преобразования возобновляемых источников энергии, разрешив тем самым основное глобальное противоречие, обусловленное одновременным наращиванием потребления топливных ресурсов, их постепенным исчерпанием и возрастанием негативных экологических проблем.
