Abstract

Статистика выявляемых органами Росфиннадзора нарушений бюджетного законодательства Российской Федерации в финансово-бюджетной сфере позволяет судить об эффективности их работы. Автор анализирует причины, влияющие на результативность проводимых контрольных мероприятий при проверках целевого использования бюджетных средств; предлагает пути устранения проблем, тормозящих деятельность контрольных органов при осуществлении государственного финансового контроля над использованием бюджетных средств по целевому назначению.
